Hi Tom...They must think that the forest service is above the Congress of the United States!! Becuase it was an act of Congress that established the RS-2477 statute waaaaay before they formed the USDA and Forest Service!!! Sounds like the rangers need to go back and take a good hiogh school government course again !!
