rear fender retaining screws

I am getting ready to remove the rear fenders from the box sides on my '56 C-3 PW.The screws are large diameter Phillips head types with a finished nut inside the wheel well.I would like to re-use them.If i can't save them,are these screws still available?
These fasteners have moved to #1 on my list of difficult to remove PowerWagon parts,narrowly ahead of the Brake %#$@ Drum%#$@ retaining %#$@ Screws.I have used an impact screwdriver,a torch and an incredible array of industrial penatrating fluids with no good results. Any ideas?
