Well its worse here they hire people that can't even use the computer. I mean if they don't know about cars i've been able to ignore that but i mean it really aint that hard to do as I do it frequently when i'm waiting 20 minutes in line. I've found that the best way is to look the part up myself before I go and walk in and hand them a part number. For the most part thats right if the guys over 30 he'll probably know something about cars but we do have two or three teens/20s guys here that know there stuff. Just perturbs me when they don't know how to use the computer. JonBoy
