Guy did the maintenance work for the small town. As I recall the story, they had some diesel truck sitting out that wasn't being used and for one reason or another it wasn't going to be used any time soon. To keep the cylinders from rusting, this mechanic pulled the injectors, filled the cylinders with oil, and put the injectors back in. Truck sat for years. Eventually there's a new mechanic and a new mayor. New mayor says "Get rid of that old junk in the yard". New mechanic tries to turn the engine over and concludes it's frozen. They have an auction, sell the "frozen" truck to some local guy for next to nothing. Old mechanic turns up, tells the buyer what's up with engine (not sure if it was before or after the auction), they pull the injectors, eject the oil, put the injectors back in and she runs link a champ.
