by the empasis on criminal rights and the lack of them for people plagued by these criminals. That person would be charged in Texas as Burglary of a motor vehicle and would not likely see much time unless it was over $20,000 and then it would be a state jail felony and good for 180 days and that could happen three times before they would consider a class c felony of course I an a federal officer with state jurisdiction as well as federal so I dont have the Knowledge of state law that I would like everything varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction it is stupid and benefits the lawyers and criminals.
