Number one, you have to think about re-sale value of your home. Number two, I have to say it, but the dreaded word of ZONING and codes. I just had call from someone who needed their entire shop lifted and moved down the road cause a neighbor is a retired city zoning guy that they got in a rucus with. So he found their shed was NOT in the zoning, so he is taking measures to have them tear it down or move it. Number three, think about future use. Are you just going to put light weight PW's in it or anything heavy? That has to do with the floor thickness. What about A/C or heating which is indirectly connected to insulation? What about outlets and the correct ampreage? I am saying this cause I am in the midst of a building for Northwoods Equipment LLC. It is a booger, but it is fun. Good luck and call me if I can be of assistance. I also just got done with a 34X50 out-building at my house so I can tell you mistakes that I made so y'all won't make the same.
