You will need to get a new speedo gear for your NP 205 transfer case. When I replaced one in my 77 ford a couple years ago, they were in stock at the dealer. I am not sure how easy the one you need will be to find, so if you have trouble call a company like Drivetrain Direct. If the speedometer is electronic then you can you the superlift speedometer correction module that they came out with about a year ago. It has a couple potentiometers and you can just dial it in.
