I come up with aprox 57 RPM per MPH in 4th gear = 3,420 RPM to do 60 with 9.00 X 16 tires in 4th. So 50mph would be 2,850 RPMs is this about right for some one who has a tach or knows? This is figuring 108 inches around the tire 5.83 to 1 rear end 1 to 1 ratio on 4th gear. 2,850 rpm X 108inchs divided by 12 divided by 5.83 to come up with this. Not to good in math but I think I got it right? So can you hold 2,800 RPMs for a long time with these engines? Mark H.
