Thanks Guys, as you can see, there is much pitting, also the hole opens up as it goes through the crown, the hole is almost nickel sized on top, but tapers to quarter sized on the bottom. So what do you think now? I really appreciate all the suggestions. It may have been pinging but with all the drive train noise, I couldn't hear it. Thanks again.
