I've often wondered the same. I've seen 2 products advertised. 1. "POR-15" (Paint Over Rust), 800-457-6715. Claims it "permanently stops the rusting process." 2. Bill Hirsch's "Miracle Paint," 800-828-2061. Claims it "will end your rust problems forever." Both ads in Jul 97 Hemmings, pgs. 5148 & 5152.
Does anybody have real-world experience with these or other products ???
