Suggestions for winch cable needed

I'm looking for suggestions for replacing my winch cable. The people who sell wire rope suggested either a 6x25 or 6x37 IWRC 7/16". The 6x25 is more resistant to abrasion, but the 6x37 is more flexible, and will wind on the drum easier, but crushes easier. What do you think?
