Message:		John, get yourself a piece of wire, not big ass wire, but something like is in the harness. Connect it to the positive terminal of the battery and the + terminal on the coil. Crank it and it will start, if the coil and distrib are good. That is what is commonly known as "hotwiring". To shut off the eng, u gotta remove the wire. That will narrow down where to look for your problem. Those school buses usually had the HD gauges, did u check?
