If it's just rebuilt and you have no-go in aall gears it's probably because torque converter hasn't filled with fluid. Check level on dipstick, add to mark. Shift trans through all ranges, back and forth, several times with engine running. Recheck fluid and top up as needed. Keep repeating until you get solid engagement but don't overfill for any reason. Keep the e-brake on because it can engage suddenly.
