The Chrysler Historical Collection record shows it came with a PTO. Otherwise the punch card micro-fische is hard to read. It hand a winch and governor.

Appears to have been dispatched to Dickson, Tenn. Manufacture date was December 15, 1947. Original engine was T137-8355 but it's long gone. As best I can tell it was a factory flat bed, but will now have a utility/tow truck bed.
