1. contact manufacturer of tire (web or phone) get specifications on the tire(10.50x16) rim widths and minimum dual wheel spacing (min dual spacing is the distance between the center line of one mounted dual tire to the center line of the other dual tire not sidewall to sidewall
2. measure your wheels rim width is inside
dimension bead to bead which is 1 to 1/2 less than overall width - there is no 7.25x16 rim listed in tire&Rim yearbook
3. check wheel part number in Mopar parts book to see if wheel is designed for dual wheel service
4. what do you mean by "weld them together"?
