This is a possibility which I have thought about since I would end up with a live pto but in all the tests I have done so far the blower does not plug when you stop it so that benefits of a live pto is not that great. I am not convinced that this is a good way to go though because it would mean that I would have to be starting and stopping a lot in heavy snow which
would not be the best for my clutch if I have to go say 2 miles in 2 feet of snow. I think the best solution is to make the truck go slower. What I am hopeing is that I can slow the low range down so that 4 low is lower then 1st high so there is not overlap, then I would be able to go slow enough but I guess I will have to see what I can find for transfer cases.
