Changing t-cases to a larger unit would create a lot of challenges, maybe more than it is worth, and,..the final drive ratios wouldn't be that much different since most New Process/Dodge ratios were 1.96-1 and 1.94-1. I would suggest trying the same theory that Atlas uses in their case to achieve 4.3-1 ratios. They borrow the different gears from the monster cases, but install them into the stock cases to get the lower ratio on the 4x4 side of the case only. That way you can still get your blazing 55 mph hiway speed. Most of Altas' work was with the DANA 300 Jeep case, the lower gears required either grinding the case or as in the Atlas application, they finally gave up and manufactuered their own case to accomodate the larger (lower ratio) gear. In the NP 200 there may be enough room to install a lower gear and still use the NP 200 case. All you need is a mic. and a pile of gears and start playing.
Or just call Atlas and send them money.
