Hensel (Medicine Bow National Forests): 2,415 acres at 14 percent contained. This fire is burning 20 miles northwest of Wheatland, WY. Isolated runs were observed on the southwest flank as the fire moved up Laramie Peak. Crews are building handline in steep, rugged terrain with the support of aerial resources. Several ranches, Harris Park and a Boy Scout camp are threatened.
