Sounds like a WC 54 that someone has put a winch on. Grab it with both hands, keep it stock (including the engine and the 6 volt system) It will take a little work to get it freed off but it will be worth more when it's done. VPW will have all the parts, but the only real work should be on safety-critical things like the brakes. Check the wiring too, as some of the insulation may be unsafe. Gordon
