Did you rebuild the engine yourself?

Did you have the tappets re-ground to a convex radius surface?

Did you set valve clearance to - EXH .014, INT .010?

Are you taking your reading from carb port or manifold?

Are points set to .016 and spark plugs to .026?

Is timing set at 4 degrees BTDC?
