Put the best up front, worst on the rear, worst of the worst on right rear side and do an inspection periodically for cracks. Yep, I wouldn't drive crazy with them. Stored in a barn is a good thing, stored under a tarp in a barn is a better thing and that doesn't look like it was done. If you want to get some miles out of them, once mounted on the truck and you're able to drive it, find a shop with a tire lathe to true them. Big tires like that are usually out of round and between them and the rim, it makes for a hoppy ride and balancing alone will not correct it.
