well, as i said in your post a month ago...now that semi dissolved rtv silicone has been introduced into the tank, you need to remove the tank, and unhook all filters and blow out lines, have tank flushed thoroughly, install new filters, replace fuel pump again, and clean out carb, by the pressure differential there are probably bugars in the intake tube in the tank, along the fule lines, in the fuel pump etc. i still say to people NEVER USE RTV ON OR NEAR ANYTHING DEALING WITH RAW FUEL!!! it will cause some BIG head aches!
