Recommended Tire Size for Vintage Power Wagon's Aftermarket

I'm looking for recommendations for tire sizes to fit the aftermarket/welded rims offered by Vintage Power Wagons.

The rim is a 17" X 8" with 7.5" backspacing.

My truck currently has the military/bidirectionals and I'd like to acquire a set of tires for the new rims that look "right" in the wheel wells.

Has anyone used these rims and what tire size did you go with? 35 inch? 37 inch?

Appreciate any thoughts/pictures!
