Broadway worked well for me in Pa.

I did it years ago when cost was only $150 and they were in Alabama.

One thing you have to do before using them is check your vin with your state DMV to make sure it is not registered to anyone in your state. In Pa a local notary can do this for you.

Essentially you sell your truck to them, they get a title for it in a state that will issue a title to someone just having a bill of sale. Then they sell it back to you.

So I had a bill of sale from them and an Alabama title. I took that to the Pa DMV and got the Alabama title transferred to a Pa title.
