I am not at all familiar with car differentials. But I can explain a little about the Power-Wagon differentials that make them unique. I will assume you are asking about the WDX-WM300 models of the Civilian 1-ton Power-Wagon and not the earlier military Dodges or the later W-series conventional bodied Power-Wagons that were introduced in 1957.
1) The WDX-WM300 model Power-Wagon differentials are somewhat unique in that they have four pinion gears (rather than two) to provide the differential action in combination with the two side gears.
2) The WDX-WM300 Power-Wagon differentials have three bearings on the pinion shaft (rather than the more common two).
3) Service Manuals for the WDX-WM300 models imply that the ring gear and pinion shaft are a matched set as there was no built-in way of adjusting the pinion - only the side gears. The manuals state to try a different set if correct tooth contact cannot be achieved by adjusting the side gears.
