The timing belt would be in place of the chain, leaving the standard V belt locations (+/-) Make a new 'front cover', hollowed out from the back side for the cam retainer plate. Cover thick enough to take cam and crank front seals. Timing pullies cut away on back to seat as far rearwards as feasible. Timing pully diameters can be large enough to clear water pump? A custom billet water pump housing would be a minor addition.
Might not even need longer rocker shafts, maybe butt them together inside a girdle bar?
