I drew that with casting it in mind. solid lifter only. I prefer them anyway. the tappets i believe are fed by fog oil. it works really good how ever it is. I have watched with covers off. they get lubed really well. feeding hte rockers is easy with external oil line feeding port to rocker shaft (english car style)or a tube over ball stud set up dripping holes.
could do rocker shaft with valves in a straight line but yes, would most likely need ball studs for the offset arrangement. big advantage to the offset set up is the exhaust port so much shorter that way
