Yes I'm aware, its a $10,000 fine enforced by the treasury, Crazy thing when they had a evacuation of the county due to the hurricane, TEXDOT had fuel trucks to get people that were setting in traffic running out of gas, their diesel was off road fuel
Back home I can buy kerosene at gas stations from a pump, no dye but don't put in fuel tank or police will come, I get it in 5 gal cans, then add to my diesel to keep it from jelling as easly in winter.
