My WC53 is missing the lock for the window and the dash was a mess where the lock went. I have a chunk of dash and a later ribbon style front window opener. I also find the old window props that fit on the side of the window frames interfere with vision. At present I have a custom one off window lock, and prop the window open with a block of wood for high way cruising - yes it works.
So if you had a choice which style of window opener would you choose?
