The link took me to something called, "press-fit drill bushings". Is that the same thing as an "arbor spacer"? Drill a hole in the plate the same diameter as the outside diameter of the arbor spacer, so that the arbor spacer fits in the plate hole? Should the arbor spacer be welded to the plate? And then clamp the plate to the part with the stuck bolt? Centering the arbor spacer on the bolt?
I like to think that I can get stuck screws and bolts out using patience, rust penetrant, and a few tools, but it looks like I am having to learn new methods.
