While many things can be done at home, not all are easy or more important SAFE. In the past on all my Old Iron Dodges, I take the tires to a
tire shop that dos truck and farm equipment.
They do a great job, they have the proper equipment, including a CAGE. The price is reasonable and your safe. I also have them dismount the old tires, take the wheels home, blast and paint then back to the tire shop.
Dont forget to have the balance the tires after mounting. It does make a huge difference.
