looks like youre a bricklayer like me...i set up a couple sections of scaffold on each side double up some planks for a beam the lift with a come a long or chain hoise using a 4x4 through the cab open the doors so they hang loose so you dont stress them, done over a dozen or so right up to w500 cabs....
