Normally four guys can handle a cab. It looks like the cab sets on a long piece of plywood. If I had to do it by myself without a hoist, or some way to lift it, I would jack up the plywood on each end, one at a time, slip a 4x6 under maybe a couple feet from each end, use blocks of wood or some of the cinder blocks you have in back, and place under each side of the 4x6 to raise the cab high enough to pull the truck from under it, then take out blocks to lower the cab down to the floor on some pipes so I could roll it to where I wanted it.
