251 core is off-set further out, and the inlet is centered. You could have the Brassworks in Paso Robles, CA custom build one from an earlier radiator, you just need to provide some measurements. I had an opportunity to tour the facility by the owner "Lee", it's some operation. When they ship a radiator, they foam encase it, it's something to see. You may be looking between $1,000 to $2,000 to have it done, and its nice when finished, professional work. They probably are familiar with the 251 radiator, give them a call and discuss it. The brass radiator does do a better job of heat transfer than aluminum so that's something to consider. The T137.com site has engine comparisons and shows the difference in radiators between the 230 and 251, you may want to take a look. You might want to send them a picture of a 230 and 251 radiator before you call if you decide to pursue it.
