Today in the shop i had a customer call me and ask if i could get the license plate off her car. She got a car from her Mom out of state and needed to take the old plate off. I said sure. She then told me she was at 2 other shops, 1 was a chain and the other a Body shop. First one said no the Body shop told her yes but it would be very $$$$$. I had it switched out in less then 1/2 hour. Had to drill out the frozen screws and install new ones. She was one happy lady. Shame the other 2 shops could handle a little common sense service. This stuff is happening way to much today in all kinds of service industry
