It has been interesting, and sometimes irritating and/or disappointing to see the extraordinarily high prices paid for our Power Wagons. I suppose I could reap a decent pile of cash for my '49, after I get it back together, but that's never been the point of owning my Power Wagon. I purchased it (for very little) in 1990 because it spoke to a piece of my soul, and because I enjoyed working on old iron. All the reasons are too lengthy to go into here, but those reasons still exist. If I were to sell it, I would be selling something that brings me a lot of enjoyment (and sometimes frustration, I'll admit).
I don't care about making money off my truck. There was a time, several years ago, when money was tighter, and it became tempting to sell it, but it was just a passing thought.
I'm keeping it for the foreseeable future.
