Yeah, tell me about documentation, it can be frustrating. The only thing I have found is in the 1969 - 1971 Dodge Truck Parts Book. It lists one of the models as "X3-WM300." The gasoline engine index lists "X" as a special gasoline engine, and "C" as a 225-1 engine. The Assembly Plant Index "S" indicated the Warren Truck Plant, and the GVW index of "B" indicates 6,001 to 10,000.
Now this is speculation, however there could have been a very short production run of the PW using a 225 engine built at the Warren Truck Plant to see if there was a public interest for the company continuing the PW line. There were civilian sheet metal 4x4 Dodge trucks that were more roomier, powerful, faster trucks, that probably appealed more to the public which really led to the demise of the PW along with air regulations.
This is about as close as we can get to a 225 PW with out actual documentation.
