not to be an agitator, but i purchased a 2018 f250 diesel and it appears to be better on fuel and better build quality than my last dodge cummins. time will tell but i believe that brand loyalty aside, the ford offers an alternative. i spent a ton of money on my 3500 megacab keeping the front end happy. i finally converted to manual hubs to get rid of the unit bearings. tie rods, etc. all to small for the weight. i dont tow so it wasnt a worked hard issue. just under spec
