I use a product called Oil Eater Cleaner and Degraser. I buy it in a 1 gallon concentrate at a local auto parts store. I found it a Costco the first time. It also comes on a pistol grip sprayer.
I dilute in a pistol grip sprayer and spray a stream on the oil spot until it is fully wetted then walk way. I either do it a day or so before a rain or wait a day or so to hose it off. Sometimes I will need a second application. It does a really good job on the cement pavers in my driveway.
It’ biodegradable and non toxic. It’s only thing I will use. I have been very careful with chemicals especially after RoundUp messed me over 20 years ago.
