Garage floor cleaner

Pressure washing, even after scrubbing with engine degreaser first, has not removed the PW dark oil/grease stains from my carport floor.

Many years ago our old Dodge would drip and build up a stain in the carport under the engine. My father's friend gave him some type of chemical cleaner granules that looked like sugar. He'd sprinkle it over the spot, dampen slightly,and the next morning wash it clean with a garden hose. No scrubbing.

Anyone know of a concoction that works like that?
