Easier with 2 people. Have the Jack in place and pull the core. Slowly let the tire down till it's flat on the ground. Put the beads in with a large feed tube. If they jam/plug, raise the tire with the jack and this will create a vaccuum and generally suck them all right in. To make a fill canister, get the top off a gear lube jug and tape it to a length of hose or PVC type pipe. I've put the valve stem down and drill a hole at the opposite end of the tube. Put a Bungee cord there and attach above so it holds the tube. Another set of hands if you have to jack it up for the vaccumm.
