I have an opportunity to purchase a pair of Combat Rims. The seller removed the tires and sent a picture of the rims where all of the nasty corrosion was hidden. (I'm not sure if the removable ring was taken off vs. the tire bead simply being cut to remove tire. Can someone comment whether these would still be usable, or would I be better off to find some in better condition. To help with any comments, the pair would be $145USD if that has any bearing.
