I went to Tractor Supply today and picked up Qty (4) 1.75” machinery bushings. That took up the space well enough between the drum and the right support, but when I installed the engaging lever with the brake block the spacing was not correct for the winch to mount to the angles. I had to remove the bushings. When the lever was in the engage position the sliding clutch would push the drum all the way over to the right support, when the lever was disengaged the brake would push the drum to the right support. Each lever position put the drum all the way right and there was space between the drum spacer and the woodruff keys. I’m not sure what’s going on.
