The biggest problem I had putting a Saginaw box in my PW was the pitman adjusting bolt had to be trimmed down because it hit the starter on the 318.Probably the whole motor should have been offset towards the passenger side in the engine compartment a bit, but I just used Ray's v-8 mounts which centered the motor. I'm finding that Dodge did intentionally offset the cummins in the 90 pickup by about and inch. I only figured it out when I used the original engine crossmember in the truck I'm building and realized the engine was offset from the centerline of the truck, probably to make more room for the exhaust down pipe off the motor.
