Split the radiator again - I am doing to pull the whole upper tank and see what I can do but I suspect an aluminum rad is in my future. For those of you running an intercooler up front in your WC what size of core are you using.
I may do some body work to my upper tank in an effort to get it to fit the rad core better. This is getting to be a pain in the arse and I do not want to have this issue on the road. This is the third time it has split - I got 5000 miles the first time and maybe 9000 miles before it split the second time, this time I got about 1000 out of it. I suspect it split at the end of the repair I did in the fall.
pain in the arse - the rad shops workmanship was a bit Mickey duck. Running a 9 -10 lb cap.
