engine ID needed

onthe pad where engine number snormally go is nothing but a singel "X"

The casting number is: 14002296-2
and there is 53 cast in near the oil fill tube hole in block.
it is a no hump 25 in engine. i was told is was from a 60s PW but I thought all the flatheads went to hump bypass design in 51??
