Are you sure the 25" blocks had hump and no hump heads like the 23" blocks did?

Obviously, any of these engines could've been rebuilt multiple times and they might have had any number of modifications over the years. Checking the numbers you've shared so far they align with other engines from that time period that I've documented.

Pull the brass plug over #6 and check the stroke. Then you'll see what it is.
