I was helping my daughter look for a house and I walked into the garage and it stunk. The realtor said it needed to be aired out. I said that is the smell of pressboard that humidity has gotten to. The garage had lots of shelves made of the stuff. He could not believe it. I told him to go stick his nose on a shelf and then tell me what he thought. He agreed. He said he has smelled that smell in many houses. Many people don’t seem to be able to smell it.
