FFPW Front Fender Mounts

�49 Frame, �54 cab. The rear mounts for the front fenders will not clear the cab. I have all four cab mounts out and the cab as far back as the shift tower will let it go. The outrigger for the rear fender mount will not clear the lower front of the cab. There is no way I can get the brace on the outrigger.

What am I doing wrong?
