Oh my goodness! A picture is worth a thousand words.

I was trying to install the mounting outriggers up-side down.

If I bring the left side over to the right side, rotate 180 degrees and attach the angle piece on the bottom rather than the top, everything should fit. I lost a full day trying to fit the frame brackets with the flat side up. I should have checked my tear down pictures first.

It has been a long journey. Working alone can lead to palm to forehead moments.
